Are you looking for housing, or having trouble finding a landlord to take your Section8? Are you living in a shelter? Are you behind on your rent? We help clients get housed, stay housed, and live independently. We use a Housing First Approach.
Assessing Need
We know you need support. We assess your level of need and provide you with resources or direct assistance to get you back on your feet again. Whether you have just re-entered society, a mother, father, senior or single we work with you to increase your health through housing and social support.
Making a Difference
We believe that we can help you. We help connect clients to the programs they need to get assistance with rent, utilities, birth certificates, IDs, and many more. All of these benefits make a difference to people needing additional support to stay healthy in housing.
