📄 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mystis Wireless, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
A return request must be submitted via our Contact Page before shipping the item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened SIM cards or activated service plans
Add-ons like Mexico Roaming or Extra Lines once used
Devices with physical or water damage

3. Refund Process

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items. Contact us immediately upon receipt.
