Mysti’s Adult & Family Services is honored to announce that the State of California has selected us as a PATH CITED Round 4 awardee for Contra Costa County, supporting a significant expansion of CalAIM Community Supports and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services in 2026. Mysti’s appears on the official Round 4 awardee list, confirming our inclusion among Contra Costa County’s designated partners.


This marks a significant milestone not only for Contra Costa County but for Mysti’s as an organization that has established a strong reputation across Monterey County and Santa Cruz County for delivering high-quality, whole-person care to high-need Medi-Cal members.

Leadership Driving Expansion: Director of Programs, Anayancy Rosillo-Contreras

Mysti’s expansion strategy is led in part by Anayancy Rosillo-Contreras, Director of Programs, whose expertise in operational management, CalAIM implementation, housing stabilization, and multi-county service coordination has been central to Mysti’s growth.


Under her leadership, Mysti’s has:

  • Built a multi-county ECM and Community Supports workforce

  • Strengthened compliance and quality systems

  • Expanded county partnerships

  • Enhanced cross-agency collaboration

  • Structured field-based teams for high-acuity service delivery

  • Led operational alignment across Monterey County, Santa Cruz County, and now Contra Costa County

Anayancy’s program leadership and deep knowledge of whole-person care will be instrumental as Mysti’s integrates into Contra Costa’s health and housing ecosystem.
