Mysti’s Adult & Family Services is honored to announce that the State of California has selected us as a PATH CITED Round 4 awardee for Contra Costa County, supporting a significant expansion of CalAIM Community Supports and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services in 2026. Mysti’s appears on the official Round 4 awardee list, confirming our inclusion among Contra Costa County’s designated partners.
This marks a significant milestone not only for Contra Costa County but for Mysti’s as an organization that has established a strong reputation across Monterey County and Santa Cruz County for delivering high-quality, whole-person care to high-need Medi-Cal members.
Strengthening CalAIM Capacity Across Contra Costa County
Contra Costa County continues to experience an increasing demand for Community Supports, ECM services, housing transition and tenancy sustaining services, care coordination, homeless services, and whole-person care for high-acuity Medi-Cal beneficiaries. As a state-funded provider through the PATH CITED program,

Leadership Driving Expansion: Director of Programs, Anayancy Rosillo-Contreras
Mysti’s expansion strategy is led in part by Anayancy Rosillo-Contreras, Director of Programs, whose expertise in operational management, CalAIM implementation, housing stabilization, and multi-county service coordination has been central to Mysti’s growth.
